A print server is one of the last things you want with a dynamic IP address. The manual says gray box at the bottom of page 4 I sould be able to generate a diagnostic printout by pushing and holding the "diagnotic button" for 2 seconds. Now is that procedure to complicated for the user's guide. He comes to the conclusion that the bi--admin is defective and I should RMA with my reseller.

So why does this happen? First off, let me say that the instructions completely and utterly suck.
Man was I in for a rude awakening. The reset button didn't do it either. I break out my bi-adminn network scanner and start looking.

Glad to see that I'm not alone in my feelings. The tech was pretty useless. I have never read such an unorganized set of instructions in my entire life, with the possible exception of the IRS tax instructions.
